Privacy

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture URL.
• From checkout: the attendee name you enter and the policy versions you accepted. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
• At the door: the time your ticket was scanned and which staff member scanned it.

We do not collect or store ID photos, phone numbers, or birthdates.

How it is used

To issue and validate your ticket, send receipts and event notices, process refunds, and keep the event safe.

Who sees it

Hosts see the attendee list for their event. Door staff see only what is needed to admit you. Guest lists are never public. Stripe and our email provider process data on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

Ticket and check-in records are kept for the event plus 90 days. Payment and refund records are kept as long as accounting and dispute rules require. Email us to delete your account; records tied to a payment are anonymized rather than deleted.
